ABOUT ME

I began coaching in 2017 as an in-person personal trainer, working with clients from their early teens through to their late 70s. That experience shaped my approach to coaching: person-first, adaptable, and built around long-term progress.

Starting in the industry at 18 allowed me to specialise early in both powerlifting and nutrition coaching, while developing as a competitive athlete myself. I have coached myself to multiple medal-winning performances at international level, and worked with athletes ranging from complete beginners to international lifters, including time spent coaching with the University of East Anglia Lifting Society in its early years.

I believe effective coaching must be person-first. My focus is on clear communication, education, and helping each client build sustainable strength in a way that fits their lifestyle and supports longevity.
